Let op dat je je navel intrekt en je buikspieren aanspant.<br \/>\nPlanken is goed voor je buik- en rugspieren.<br \/>\nVoordeel is dat je weinig ruimte nodig hebt en geen externe gewichten.<br \/>\nWil je variatie probeer dan eens een zijwaartse plank, in plankpositie je knie\u00ebn naar je ellebogen te doen<br \/>\nof bijvoorbeeld vanuit je ellebogen naar je handen te gaan en dan weer terug.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rooster Het rooster van deze week is er weer.
