Op Zondag 17 maart zal er geen Bootcamp zijn.<br>In verband met de weersomstandigheden houdt het rooster in de gaten <br>want het kan zijn dat we van locatie veranderen naar The Student Hotel Maastricht ipv buiten trainen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Thema vd week<\/strong><br>Make it count<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.trainingmaastricht.com\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Training-Maastricht-LR-38-1024x684.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9880\" width=\"512\" height=\"342\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip vd week<br>Before Work Challenge\/Bootcamp<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanaf 1 April starten we met de eerste editie van BWC 2019.\u00a0<br>Tijdens deze editie doen we een studie in samenwerking met Yolanda Turksema van\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"yolandaturksema.nl (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/yolandaturksema.nl\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>yolandaturksema.nl<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijdens deze studie willen we erachter komen op welke manier en welke training het meest effectief is om een bepaalde fysieke staat van gezondheid te bereiken?<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hierbij wordt rekening gehouden met de verschillende aspecten die gelden als criteria om fysieke gezondheid aan te duiden.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We nodigen de deelnemers van BWC(Groep 1) uit om mee te doen.\u00a0<br>Daarnaast nodigen we de deelnemers van de reguliere bootcamp groep (Groep 2) ook uit om mee te doen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We beginnen met een nulmeting waarbij onderstaande items worden gemeten op de 1<sup>e<\/sup>\u00a0dag, vervolgens gaat een groep gedurende 4 weken \u00a01x in de week trainen en de andere groep gaat\u00a0 gedurende 4 weken 5 ochtenden van 06.30 tot 07.00 trainen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na deze periode wordt onderstaande meting nog een keer gedaan om zo te kijken welk positief effect je kunt bereiken in een korte tijd met 30 min trainen per dag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De meting ziet er als volgt uit;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Tanita Bodycompisition Analyse<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Bloedrukmeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Hartslagmeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Longvolume<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Krachtmeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Conditiemeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meld je nu aan om het verschil voor jezelf te maken #komopvoorjezelf<br>Meer info over prijzen van onze strippenkaarten en Before Work Challenge  vind je in onze shop.<br>Er zijn geen meerkosten gekoppeld aan het onderzoek.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rooster vd weekHet rooster van deze week staat weer online.
