{"id":13011,"date":"2020-01-26T22:34:18","date_gmt":"2020-01-26T21:34:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.trainingmaastricht.com\/cms\/?p=13011"},"modified":"2020-01-26T22:34:20","modified_gmt":"2020-01-26T21:34:20","slug":"week-5-carrousel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.trainingmaastricht.com\/cms\/week-5-carrousel\/","title":{"rendered":"Week 5 Carrousel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Rooster vd week<br>Het rooster van deze week staat weer online met daarbij 2 aanpassingen.<br>Maandagavond geen Bootcamp.<br>Dinsdagavond geen Strength & Conditioning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Thema vd week <br>Carrousel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.trainingmaastricht.com\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/ABM_1431699805-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4432\" width=\"512\" height=\"512\"\/><figcaption>Start van de halve marathon op Formentera<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Tip van Tunde deze week<br>Dit weekend had onze zoon Lloyd een nationale wedstrijd 60m sprint bij de DC junioren in Apeldoorn.<br>Dit betekende dat hij zich uiterlijk om 11.30 moest melden. <br>Daarna een serie moest rennen, een halve finale en als hij dat had doorstaan de finale.<br>Met de vraag van zijn vader was je zenuwachtig zei hij natuurlijk JA!<br>Als tip had zijn vader (dan wel voor de volgende keer) om een dagplanning te maken voordat je de wedstrijd hebt.<br>Dus beginnen met:<br>08.00 wakker worden<br>08.10 sta je op<br>08.20 douchen en aankleden<br>08.40 eten<br>09.00 tanden poetsen en haren doen<br>09.10 tas klaar maken<br>09.20 spullen bij elkaar zetten en jas aandoen<br>09.30 vertrekken<br>Mocht je dan nog een lange reis moeten maken dan kun je nog dingen plannen in de auto of trein.<br>Zo heb je een structuur en ben je niet te veel bezig met je zenuwen.<br>Dit geldt natuurlijk niet alleen voor een wedstrijd maar kan zeker ook als je een belangrijk gesprek hebt, toetsen of een blind date \ud83d\ude42<br><br>Succes!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rooster vd weekHet rooster van deze week staat weer online met daarbij 2 aanpassingen.Maandagavond geen Bootcamp.Dinsdagavond geen Strength &#038; Conditioning.
