Ik doe altijd de kip een half uur op een kant in de oven en dan draai ik hem om op de andere kant.<br \/>\nNa een 45 minuten doe je de wortel erbij en de groentebouillon.<br \/>\nRond de 60 minuten de zoete aardappel. De laatste 20 minuten de rest van de groentes.<br \/>\nAls de kip rond 1,5 uur in de oven zit haal je die er uit en snij je de kip in stukken zodat er niet meer zoveel botten in zitten.<br \/>\nDe rest vd tijd zet je de oven even wat hoger zodat de groentes door kunnen garen.<br \/>\nVoor de liefhebbers kun je altijd nog een pepertje erin doen.<br \/>\nDe dag erna zal je hele huis nog ruiken naar massala \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nEn let op je kleding wat het zijn vreselijke vlekken&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Masala Kip met groenten en batata 1 Hele kip 1 dikke zoete (oranje) aardappel (batata) 1 winter wortel 1 brocccoli 1 paprika 1\/2-1 courgette 3 teentjes knoflook 3-4 eetlepels massala olie 100 ml groentebouillon peper, himalaya, zout of gewoon zout Maak een sausje van massala, flink wat olie, peper en zout.
