Leg in het midden in de breedte wat je lekker vindt.<br \/>\nIk begin eerst wat met groentjes, kruiden en dan daarboven op wat vermicelli.<br \/>\nLeg daarna bovenop de vermicelli ook wat groentjes, kruiden of mango.<br \/>\nMaak het geheel niet te dik en te vol anders kun je de springroll niet rollen.<br \/>\nJe klapt eerst de zijkanten naar binnen en rolt daarna het rijstpapier stevig op.<br \/>\nBewaar alles op een groot bord, los van elkaar onder een vochtige handdoek.<br \/>\nAls je klaar bent met het bereiden, snij de springrolls doormidden en serveer het met soy sauce.<br \/>\nBij dit gerecht kun je eindeloos vari\u00ebren met bijvoorbeeld<br \/>\ngarnalen, beef, gekookte bietjes, sinaasappelpartjes.<br \/>\nHet fijne van dit gerecht vind ik, dat het een ontzettende smaaksensatie is in je mond<br \/>\ndoor alles verse groenten, fruit en kruiden.<br \/>\nDaarnaast is het een heel kleurrijk gerecht en is de voorbereiding van het snijden ontspannend.<br \/>\nEen van onze favorieten en ontzettend gezond!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Springrolls (8 stuks) 1 wortel Paprika (maakt niet uit welke kleur) Komkommer Munt Koriander 150 gram Arrowroot vermicelli 8 vellen Rijstpapier Mango Kleine blaadjes knisperende sla Soy sauce Snij alles in de lange weg in dunne stukjes.
