{"id":6567,"date":"2017-02-02T22:15:58","date_gmt":"2017-02-02T21:15:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.trainingmaastricht.com\/?p=6567"},"modified":"2017-10-17T20:23:00","modified_gmt":"2017-10-17T18:23:00","slug":"healthy-cookiesgranola-bars","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.trainingmaastricht.com\/cms\/healthy-cookiesgranola-bars\/","title":{"rendered":"Healthy cookies\/granola bars"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6568\" src=\"http:\/\/www.trainingmaastricht.com\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/16426029_1243637329038448_2274590450192085923_n.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Healthy cookies\/granola bars<\/p>\n<p>150 gram amandelmeel<br \/>\n50 gram kokosvezels<br \/>\n50 gram speltmeel<br \/>\n50 gram havermoutvlokken<br \/>\n5 gewelde abrikozen<br \/>\n2 gewelde gedroogde vijgen<br \/>\n3 dadels<br \/>\nKlein handje rozijntjes<br \/>\nHalve rijpe banaan<br \/>\n1 ei<br \/>\n4 eetlepels Ahorn Siroop (Maple Sirup)<br \/>\n2 eetlepels kokosolie<\/p>\n<p>Begin met het verwarmen van je oven op 175 graden.<br \/>\nLeg een vel bakpapier op de bakplaat.<br \/>\nNeem een kom en doe daar het amandelmeel, de kokosvezels, het speltmeel en de havermoutvlokken in.<br \/>\nMeng alles even met je handen door elkaar.<br \/>\nVervolgens snij je alle vruchten in kleine stukjes en prak je de banaan.<br \/>\nDit kun je dan samen met het ei en de rozijntjes er doorheen gaan kneden.<br \/>\nDaarna nog de Ahorn siroop en de kokosolie en kneed het geheel tot een grote bol.<\/p>\n<p>Strijk met een mes het baksel uit op de bakplaat en maak een rechthoek.<br \/>\nZorg dat je ongeveer een dikte hebt van 1 cm.<br \/>\nLaat het 20 minuten in de oven.<br \/>\nHaal je baksel uit de oven en snij terwijl het nog warm is het in repen of<br \/>\npak een aantal leuke vormpjes om er koekjes van te maken.<br \/>\nDe randjes kunnen wat donkerder zijn.
