Meestal doe ik na een paar minuutjes even alles omscheppen met een lepel.<br \/>\nIn de tussentijd kun je in een kom alle andere ingredi\u00ebnten doen:<br \/>\nDe komkommer en de tomaat in kleine stukjes.<br \/>\nDe rucola en de munt fijngesneden.<br \/>\nBlikje tonijn van het vocht ontdoen en fijn maken.<br \/>\nAlles door elkaar husselen met wat olijfolie en de halve citroen.<br \/>\nDoe vervolgens de couscous erbij. Een scheut olijfolie en nog wat peper en zout om het op smaak te brengen.<br \/>\nPak de puntpaprika\u2019s en vul ze. Kruimel de verse geitenkaas over het geheel.<br \/>\nOp de foto is niet zo veel couscous te zien, maar je hebt in principe genoeg gemaakt voor een volledige lunch.
