{"id":6774,"date":"2017-03-05T13:34:34","date_gmt":"2017-03-05T12:34:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.trainingmaastricht.com\/?p=6774"},"modified":"2017-10-17T20:23:00","modified_gmt":"2017-10-17T18:23:00","slug":"bloemkoolsalade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.trainingmaastricht.com\/cms\/bloemkoolsalade\/","title":{"rendered":"Bloemkoolsalade"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6777\" src=\"http:\/\/www.trainingmaastricht.com\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/IMG_20170305_125547_187.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Bloemkoolsalade voor 2 personen<\/p>\n<p>1 Bloemkool<br \/>\n1 gekookt ei<br \/>\n2 avocado\u2019s<br \/>\nStuk of 10-15 snoeptomaatjes<br \/>\nHalve citroen<br \/>\nGroene pesto<br \/>\nOlijfolie<br \/>\nPeper en Zout<\/p>\n<p>Maak de bloemkool schoon, snijdt hem in stukken, daarna stomen of koken.<br \/>\nStomen duurt iets langer, koken ongeveer 5 minuten zodat hij niet te zacht wordt.<br \/>\nLaat de bloemkool afkoelen en doe hem in een kom.<br \/>\nSnijdt de tomaatjes door de helft en doe deze erbij.<br \/>\nHalve citroen persen en dit samen met de olijfolie, peper en zout over de salade heen doen.<br \/>\nHussel de salade door elkaar.<\/p>\n<p>Avocado door midden snijden en met een lepel langs de rand eruit lepelen.<br \/>\nGekookt eitje door 4-en delen.<br \/>\nMaak een bordje klaar met de bloemkoolsalade.
