Roer met de garde het geheel door en laat het even rusten.<br \/>\nKlontertjes zijn niet erg want deze verdwijnen vanzelf naar verloop van tijd.<br \/>\nIkzelf vind het lekker om het nog wat op smaak te brengen door wat peper en zout, koriander en komijn erbij te doen.<br \/>\nIn het recept bij Koken bij van Boven maakt zij er 2 pannenkoeken van.<br \/>\nIk hou zelf van wat dunnere pannenkoeken, dus ik heb er 4 gemaakt.<br \/>\nVerwarm de koekenpan en schenk het mengsel erin (de helft of 1\/4 deel).<br \/>\nOlie of boter is niet nodig aangezien dit er al in zit.<br \/>\nRustig gaar laten worden en goudbruin aan beide kanten.<\/p>\n<p>Voor de topping heb ik gebruikt:<\/p>\n<p>Hummus<br \/>\nAvocado<br \/>\nZongedroogde tomaten<br \/>\nGeitenkaas (vers)<br \/>\nOlijfolie<br \/>\nSqueeze of lemon<br \/>\nPeper & Zout.<\/p>\n<p>Bij Koken bij van Boven gebruikte ze hummus, wilde spinazie en doorgebakken uitjes.<br \/>\nDat is iets voor de volgende keer \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Basis Farinata recept van Koken bij van Boven: 250 gram gemalen kikkererwtenmeel 1\/2 liter water 4 eetlepels olijfolie Voeg ingredi\u00ebnten in een kom of maatbeker.
